This album wouldn't have been possible if not for producer Dave Jerdan (Jane's Addiction, Mick Jagger) who helped Paul Korda record at Eldorado Studios and engineered several tracks, as well as all the musicians giving their time to record. Phil Kenzie (Eagles, Al Stewart), Ric Parnell (Spinal Tap!), Blondie Chaplin (The Beach Boys, The Flames), the late greats Paul Delph and Kurtiss Teel (Etta James), David Kaffinetti (Rare Bird, Spinal Tap) and Island Records engineer Richard Digby-Smith and 2nd engineer Nadya Bell. It was recorded in 1980. The bizarre Brecht-Weilian tone of "The Circus" with images of the big top portrayed in sound, the ringmaster mega-phoning his welcome to the circus of life, was described by Jerdan at the time, to be the best track since the Beatles "(For the benefit of) Mr. Kite". "A Winner?" sets an eerie atmosphere at the beachfront during the two minute warning of nuclear holocaust, in a style reminiscent of Pink Floyd, engineered by Island Records' Richard Digby-Smith.
Contemporary Rock/R&B Singer/Songwriter Paul Korda, his latest album Not for Robots is his journey to discover the essence of Humanity in the "Technology Age."
